For ship to address, we cannot ship your order to PO Box. Shipping charges are calculated at time we receive and review your order, and we will add your shipping charges when order is accepted. We will ship the order 2-3 business days after we received and cleared your payment.


We are served by both UPS and FedEx, however UPS is our preferred shipper, with ground service as our default shipping method.


We will not be held responsible for any claims on shipping damages, or damages during service transit time. Note that shipping / transit times may vary from service provider, particularly during peak periods.

By submitting an order, you agree to purchased the item(s) selected. In the rare circumstance where the product is no longer available, we will notify you to select an alternative or refund your account.


Payment with credit card, your card will be charged upon shipment. Payment with cashier's check or money order must be received within 5-7 business days of the order was placed, and product will be shipped after payment is received and cleared.

All products are warranted against manufacturing defects. See individual item cartons for full warranty details. We do not allow returns, unless a product is manufacturing defects, or wrong product shipped.


We will remedy the mistake of wrong product shipped with the correct product. However, in the rare circumstance where the product is no longer available, we will notify you to select an alternative or refund your account.


To ensure that your return is processed correctly and that you are properly credited, please follow the instructions below.


Please immediately notify us (within 3-5 days of receiving your shipment) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Return the complete filled in RMA form, with RMA # written on the original packing list and on the outside of the shipping carton. All items that are received without a valid RMA # and not in the original packing will be refused.

Refund will only be issued under the terms of our return policy, or product is no longer available. Refund disputes beyond the scope of our terms of return policy, or product is no longer available will not be accepted.
