All our invitations can be fully customized to any wording, picture and color scheme. (All images are just a example of what your invitation could look like) All wedding invitations can be printed on 110 lb matte finish card stock, 120 lb semi gloss, 120 shimmer quality card stock.

All invitations set ship Fed Ex Ground (insured and trackable), if your SilkFair address is a PO Box, please provide a street address in the message to the seller as that Fed Ex does not ship to PO Boxes. Thanks! ***All Invitation Samples Ship via USPS First Class Mail. I will ship your order to your SilkFair address so please make sure that it is correct in your profile. If for some reason you need them shipped to an alternative address please let me know in the message to the seller when you make your purchase. Please let me know if you have a question about your shipment or tracking info and I would be happy to let you know the info if it is available.

Return Policy

Date limit 30 days

All Non-Sample invitation orders will require that you approve a proof of your invitation. You are responsible for approving the proofs before they go to the printer. Please review your proofs carefully for color/spelling/grammatical errors to ensure that they are perfect. Unfortunately I cannot give a refund or exchange for a mistake that was on the proof and approved by the client. Refunds will not be given unless the stationary is returned. Colors can vary for one computer screen to the next. I try my best to get as close to the color you want as I can. However, due to these limitations, I cannot be held responsible for how colors are displayed on your computer monitor. ***Note because colors vary from screen to screen please order a sample invitation because the sample invitations will come with a color card so you can see the actual printed color*** If there is an issue with your invitations please let me know as quickly as possible. In the unfortunate event of damage from shipping or with the printing, there is only a 30 day window with which I can file a claim with the shipper/printer so I cannot not fix an issue if you let me know about it more than 30 days after you receive your stationary. Due to the custom nature of the stationary, refunds cannot be given for any other reason than a printing/shipping error. If you are unfamiliar with paper weights, Please order a sample packet from my shop which will include a sample of each paper weight we offer as well as a color guide. I do try to provide excellent customer service with quick response times to your emails and questions. If there is any other sort of printing or shipping error I will work with you to quickly correct the situation.
