Returns accepted only with prior authorization, and items must be in original condition in original packaging and resellable condition. Hair accessories and head wear not returnable. I guarantee my workmanship and will replace/repair findings if they fail, but I cannot guarantee color matches from photograph and computer monitors. Please contact me prior to purchase if exact color match is an issue.
