Ideas about showing custom stores in the marketplace

ok I have a few ideas:

* Google code widget
* newsletter sign up widget* of course you would need the send newsletter widget for this as well
* paypal widget- needs to show somewhere on the front page
* counter widget
* picture Zoom widget
* a box on the side (front page, index) where I can place HTML codes in it, just like on blogger- +add widgets
* under each category an announcement box, just like on the first page.
* option selection where we can add the same item; different color, size - like a drop down box

I am running out of ideas, lol - but I will post more!

- blogger.com-like widget insertion - YES!  that's on our product roadmap already, along with a designer tool for making page layout designs

oh that's perfect that you guys are already working on most of the ideas I had.

The newsletter is pretty much a box where Clients that are interested in receiving
information's/news about the store can sign up with there e-mail only. See picture below.

I also saw that I can not space Sentence in my blog, it is not showing on my website http://www.bjohnsonjewelry.com/blog/blog/131.xml and links are also not showing.

Hope this can be fixed.

googleAnalytics code snippet is now supported.

The code entry area is in Custom Design  / Settings.

If you have not modified the html of your template, you can re-select the template (which refreshes the template with the latest), and then enter your googleAnalytics snippet into the GoogleAnalytics field in Custom Design / Settings.

If you have modified the html, and don't want to refresh with the latest supplied template, then please do the following :

1 - locate layout.xsl in the html editor.
2 - find the string </body> in layout.xsl
3 - add the <xsl:copy-of select="//googleanalytics/*" /> tag right ABOVE </body> string
4 - save
5 - enter the GA code into the GoogleAnalytics field in Custom Design / Settings.

Note that you can also use that text block for other widget/snippets.
