Need large quantity of eco-friendly bag for limited time ...

Nationwide retailer just contacted Silkfair looking for eco-friendly bag in a very large quantity up to 400K units.  Anyone out there who can provide this product and quantity and can provide immediate bids for 250K, 300K and 400K units, please contact us at info (at) silkfair.com or tweet us at http://twitter.com/silkfair .

Need to know where the eco-friendly bag is made from (i.e. Made in USA).  Also, please describe in detail the reason the bag is eco-friendly.
