I'm Mellllllting....

I can barely take the heat in KY some days and that's just when it's pushing 85 and the humidity is ridiculous. I have a couple friends who live in Texas and when they talk about the heat, it makes me miserable just thinking about it. I totally understand the electric bill. Our expensive one comes during the winter months with all the heat. Makes me want to cry when I think about the money spent to stay warm. :P

Hope you had a great 4th! I enjoyed a peaceful one myself, spent most of the night trying to contain my cats who were freaking out with every firecracker that went off.

...well, come to think of it, I always am!! So, the winter months don't really bother me too, too much. I can always put on another pair of sweats...but, it's kinda hard to walk around naked and get any cooler in the summer! And it would really throw the neighbors into a tailspin, doncha know? Florida summers and hot flashes are a demonic mix...and, yes, I feel as though I am in the seventh level of hell! Was Dante really a woman....???
