- All products must be returned in original UNOPENED packaging. You have opened the contact lens packaging, it is no longer a factory sealed.
- These products are very delicate and must be handled with care. We will not be responsible for torn contact lens while trying them on. So please examine the packaging prior to opening the factory sealed products.
